Why Plan Ahead?
All neighborhoods want to look the best. Shannon Place is no different. We rely on the homeowners to come up with ideas that will better the community spirit within the association. These ideas may be as simple as a meeting to discuss ongoing events, elaborate as a neighborhood party, or design ideas for our website. There are always great ideas waiting to be discussed that can improve both the neighborhood and the people within.

February 27, 2022: Preliminary planning on building a club house has began. This involves gathering the necessary information on the location and financial ability to do so. Any information gathered will be presented during board meetings. If you are interested in assisting with information please contact a board member. Only after all the information is gathered and is financially sustainable will there be a vote that goes to the homeowners. This will allow for all homeowners to have the information needed for an educated vote. Update 12/23/2022: this project is being postponed. The HOA property, the retention pond, would have to have approval from the city and an estimate will need to be received involving dirt work to be done before building is an option. UPDATE 01/05/2025: No further action on the club house has taken place. Lack of enthusiasm and participation have allowed for complacency. This can be revisited at a later date.
