IMPORTANT NOTICES:
The next yearly meeting will be held on February 21, 2026 at 6pm. The regular monthly meeting will be held directly afterwards. We will try and hold the meeting at the Mustang Community Center. Contact a board member for updated location of meeting in case attendance exceeds any certain locations. Please make plans to attend.
DON’T BE THAT PERSON: As of February 1, 2018 late fees were added to the yearly dues that were not paid or post marked prior to the aforementioned date. This will include past dues owed as well. The late fees are stated in the CCRs and is on a month to month basis. Pass this information to your neighbors if you see them.

UNPAID DUES: As of January 1, 2023 any homeowners that owe a 3rd year of dues will automatically have a lien placed on their home and a legal process began to collect the dues. In the event this occurs the homeowner is also responsible for legal fees in collecting unpaid dues.

As always we are available for questions and concerns, however, we request communications be sent to us privately so everyone doesn’t read your business publicly.
