About Shannon Place
Shannon Place Community Association was established in 2004 and is located in the 1200-1300 block of State Hwy 152 in Mustang Oklahoma. The neighborhood is connected to two other neighborhoods located both on the east side and west side of Shannon Place. The Mustang Community Center is 1 1/2 miles from the neighborhood which supports year round activities for children and adults alike. There is a park located on the North end of the neighborhood which is a great location for gatherings and exercise. With Oklahoma City only 14 miles away from the neighborhood it allows for great weekend activities without travelling to far to access them.

My name is Mickey White and I moved to Shannon Place in early 2008 in which I immediately liked everything about the neighborhood. Great neighbors, safe neighborhood, and a place people care about how their property looks. My caring neighbors and I were the first to take over the HOA from the developers/builder in 2011. We strive to make the HOA better by becoming financially solvent as well as improve the HOA owned properties. With the housing market constantly fluctuating the property values it is without a doubt the enforcement by the SPCA of the covenants, conditions, and restrictions, in which we all signed in closing, that allow for the home values to stay up. SPCA meeting are always open and we invite everyone to attend as well as participate. The SPCA is looking for new ideas and assistance in many areas. This is your HOA Shannon Place so please participate. After all it is your money.

My name is Tamar Primeaux. I graduated from OU - College of Law and am a local Mustang business owner. I moved to Shannon Place in early 2017 and immediately loved everything about the neighborhood. Some of the benefits of moving into the neighborhood include the great neighbors, the safe neighborhood, and the obvious care people take with their properties. As a SPCA board member I'll strive to make the HOA better by continuing to keep the Association financially solvent, as well as, find ways to improve the HOA commons areas. SPCA meetings are always open and we invite everyone, including renters, to attend whether to just hear news about the neighborhood or to participate within the HOA. I welcome new ideas and your assistance to improve our Shannon Place Community Association.

I am Groot.... errr, Garrett Bovard. My awesome bio and less accurate pic still will be coming soon. It will be worth it I hope, but until then I'm a certified meat eater. That helps because I'm extremely passionate about not starving to death. Crazy right? Most of the time I'm not crazy but rather I'm mentally hilarious. By the way, the real life me isn't any less ridiculous in case you weren't wondering. Until I can write my own bio I will leave you with this advice...Don't sweat the petty stuff. And definitely don't pet the sweaty stuff.

SPCA Treasurer
My name is Erica Koch. I have one child, a boy, unless you count my husband as the second boy child! I work at First Fidelity Bank. I have lived in Shannon Place since 2005. If you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to ask.

My name is Marcus Koch and I have lived in Shannon Place since 2005. I am an Oklahoma City Fire Fighter. Erica Koch, yes the one on this page, is my wife. I'd say copy and paste Erica's message but then it wouldn't look original. "Always remember that you are unique just like everyone else"! If you have any questions, or just want to feed me, let me know and I'll make time.
